Sometimes we are going through a transition or a particularly challenging time and the mind is in overdrive and you cant seem to stop it! Perhaps there is a sense of anxiety and a feeling that you just cant forget about things and relax! These periods are often our greatest opportunities for growth and to let go of what ever is not serving our higher selves. Paradoxically these periods of stress, overpower our abilities to function optimally and we cant  harness the energies that are short circuiting our central nervous systems for growth. The Sympathetic nervous system has hijacked the Parasympathetic nervous system and we are in a state of constant high alert. At the same time there is a great desire to relax, find some space, rest, restore and gain clarity again.

These deeply restorative sessions work with  Yoga Nidra. Yoga means union and Nidra is the integrative sleep of the yogis. Yoga Nidra is a unique combination of alert awareness and deepest relaxation. Yoga Nidra techniques are designed to assist you to still the mind and enter into the deepest states of relaxation.
